On 12/14/2017 at 11:25 A.M. I received a call from (646) 558-6671 on my personal cell phone.
The caller identified himself as an officer of the court and to advise me that I was under investigation for tax fraud and I should immediately call the number that he was beginning to cite. I hung up before listening to the number.
