I have a voicemail from a woman talking about helping me pay less taxes by being put into a tax reduction program. So I called the number back and got a male named Sergio C. Stating he can see that I owe a large amount of money and my tax return was flagged for possible programs for reduction or settlement. I told him I needed to speak with my significant other and my tax professional and was not going to sign anything or give my social security number over the phone. I have emails as well from this person.
