I signed up with this company hoping to get my back taxes taken care of and was charged an upfront fee of about $800 and then monthly payments of $390. I received little to no replies back from the company when inquiring about status and the responses I would get would be the same question once a month. I voiced my concerns multiple times to the persons manager and other departments but only the same individual would respond back with the same thing. The customer service was awful and very rude. I have lost my hard earned money and received none of the services promised. I am currently trying to at least get the payments stopped, let alone get any of the funds I lost returned. This is a scam and I encourage others to stay clear of this company, they only take your money and then stall and you do not get what you signed up for.
