This year I filled out the taxes with them, they told me that they were going to refund me approximately 8,000 dollars and it turns out that the IRS sent me a letter that my taxes had been modified and that I was not going to receive the indicated amount but rather I was only going to receive approximately 5,000 dollars .

And of course those $5,000 went into their account so they charged me $1,700 and only deposited approximately $3,300 into my account.

I know I won't get my money back, but I would like them to at least investigate that business.

I was a victim of fraud before this person contacted me. He said when he called that he worked with FBI,IRS,with ppl that deal with elder fraud to get your money back.I am 68.This proceeded for a year of having to give money to pay taxes on the money i was to get back. He used gift cards,money pac cards,took out of my bank using apple pay,cash app,Paypal and then my SS money would be gone. He was indian accent and worked with ppl from Jamaica. Anyway, i finally stopped,all the time saying no,no no more.Then i contacted FBI and AG office.
