I paid law firm $400 for employment severance consultation. I was told by lawyer I spoke with to send paperwork, however, ***** ******* (lawyer) stated I should leave it alone until this year(I made first contact in July 2021). When I called this year there was no answer so left a message on several occasions leaving 2 voicemails. When no response, I contacted ****** ****(firm representative) . When she finally responded it was to set up another consultation and another $400. The initial consultation resulted in a decision to proceed and all paperwork was faxed. This firm makes $400 an hour for consultation then demands another consultation. This firm has a tv show and on YouTube stating they can get employees maximum severance. They make more money on consultations than actually helping employees . This is my observation and I hope people can see this.
