I lost access and emailed FuseBase (Formerly Nimbus) 4-5 times asking them to cancel my account and to stop billing me for a subscription that I couldn't cancel. My requests went ignored so I filed with the bank which they refuted.. so I was charged and they only offered credit as a response to a platform that I will never use.
