I ordered a product off of what I thought was store.taylorswift.com but ended up getting redirected to taylorswiftsmerch.com. They created fake products that had the identical listing as the real Taylor Swift merch store. I ordered on 12/13 and It took them almost a month to reply to my initial request for an order update and when I finally received my bracelets on 1/5/23 which were clearly not the same thing pictured online. I’ve tried to go back to the website to compare the bracelet with the listing and they have removed all products. Likely a scam to take peoples money and steal credit card information over the holidays.

The website looked identical the official Taylor Swift website for merchandise. I order a Taylor Swift shirt for my daughter on December 9, 2023 and never received it. Now, the website is suspiciously down for maintenance.

Looked up what we thought was the Taylor Swift official sight. However, after making purchase for a gift for our daughter, emails came back with a strange email. Looking up the email on ScamPulse.com brought us to a possible scam and spoofsite. We got confirmation emails which lead no where. Thus, confirmed as a scam.

This scammer is using an identical Taylor Swift merchandise website. They stated that the merchandise would be shipped within 2 to 4 days. It was almost a month before I contacted them and told them I had not received the merchandise. They did ship merchandise out after that. However it was not what I had ordered. What I ordered were two Christmas ornaments, what was sent were two small keychains. Nothing at all like what was ordered.

Purchases product totaling $202.60. The website looks very similar to the real website. The product was shipped from China using CNE and had conflicting information as to where was my package stating that it was delivered but it was actually at the post office. I sent an email to the email provided by the website asking for a refund cause the product was clear fake and made of poor quality, in which I made a dispute claim using my bank. The scammer then begin to responding asking to withdraw the dispute and stating that they will provide a full refund if I withdraw the dispute. The scammer also used multiple email chains and I have 3 separate conversation with the same seller used. I complied and provided proof that the dispute has been withdrawal. The attachment is the email chain off all of our conversation. On 12/4, they sent an email saying that the refund is not required.

They market themselves as the “official Taylor swift” merch shop. They have similar products featured on their website. Everything looks legit. Then you get a confirmation email from a non-official email from china. When you cancel your order (within minutes), they still try to charge you 6.9% of your order and refuse to cancel your order.
