It was the first link on Google when I typed in Taylor swift merchandise. They copied all of her stuff & made it seem legit. Even sent an email saying thanks for subscribing. However there is absolutely no contact us or help links. The link for my tracking is a dud. Product is still not here. Now when I look it up, it isn’t the first link anymore.

I found the website online to purchase merchandise, placed my order, paid for it. The order took 3 weeks to arrive (longer than predicted), the bag arrived open, the products were mislabeled for size, and the quality was very low. I reached out via the email to request a return and had several unprofessional back and forth exchanges with someone who refused to allow me to return the items and instead wanted to send me more counterfeit items. They were disrespectful and used language that referred to me as "honey." Now they are offering a partial refund but not a full one, and I am unable to return the goods that were sent that do not correspond to what I ordered.
