The TBdress website states that returns can be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the product if I am not 100% satisfied. Before I placed my order for a dress, I first checked this return policy because I knew I would need to return the dress if it did not fit. When I attempted to initiate a return in accord with their stated process, I received an email back that the order was "perfectly complete." Since then I have attempted to contact TBdress repeatedly, but they do not respond. I cannot locate a physical address for this company. It is a fraud and a scam.

I ordered 2 dresses from TBDress for an upcoming wedding. Before it was shipped, the bride changed her mind and I emailed to cancel this order. I received an email back shortly after saying the money would be refunded. It has been over 8 weeks and countless emails, no refund. They then asked for my PayPal account info, as returning the money there should be faster. Shortly after, my account was hacked in Washington. I looked up the business through TrustPilot.com. All of the reviews were negative for the same thing: no refunds. One reviewer said "Thanks TBDress for my refund!" And it said to "Call this number and they'll help." I called that number and a man with limited English answered, not identifying himself or the business. I told him what I wanted and he wanted to connect directly to my desktop to "send the refund form." I said you don't need to access my desktop to send me a form and I hung up. That provided number (206-866-5657) is from Washington. I am 100% certain this entire operation is a scam to take people's money and hack into their accounts. PLEASE DO SOMETHING SOON! Multiple people have already been the victim of fraud from this fake company.

Do not purchase from this website located in China. They make you seem that their located in states. I placed an order with them on Sept 21 and even paid for it to be expedited within 2 weeks. It has been almost a month and I have not still recieved my package. I have emailed them 3 times and get the same response. Do not order from them.

I bought a wedding dress from TBDress and I was unsure if I would like it in person. I thought I would be able to return the item if I did not. It never stated the return policy on their website. When I got the dress it was too small and I did not like it. I told them I wanted to return it. They told me I would have to pay the return shipping fee and that they would only give me $** back. I paid $***. If I also had to be the shipping fee I would not have really got any return money at all.
