Keeps calling my mother, who is 85 years old and threatens to turn off her phone for lack of payment to their services. When they first started calling her, they lied and said they were from a government agency that would help her lower her phone bill. She already has lifeline and pays the minimum for her land-line. They got her to agree to try them out and that's when the problems began. Have called them several times and asked that they stop calling her and to stop billing her for services that they have not provided. They continue to bill her and now they call her and threaten to send the police and arrest her for not paying their bills.
