We thought we were going to get a dog today and realize we got scammedfor $640 and they started to get more money out of us for same reasons that everybody else said with the shipping issues. I hope they can shut this website down. It is taking money from people that want dogs.

I purchased 2 puppies from breeder Friday for 500.00 each plus 240.00 for shipping. I paid through Cash App. The puppies were supposedly picked up by Insta Pet delivery service and would arrive at Palm Beach International Airport the next day at 6:45 PM ETA . Two hours before they're supposed to arrive I receive Urgent email from Insta Pet saying I need to pay 750.00 for refundable thermal crate for puppies, even though their shipping policy says they come with airline approved crate...I was reluctant but they said if I didn't pay immediately the puppies were gonna miss their flight. So I paid with Zelle . They told me there was a problem with Zelle and puppies would ship today, Monday. Then this morning, after not answering my calls, texts, or emails to both seller and Insta Pet, I receive text from seller saying puppies are flying out today ETA 5:00 PM ...but wouldn't answer when I asked for airline and shipping/flight details...ad 5:00 pm approached, I'm frantically calling and texting and all I got from seller was text saying... 6:45PM ...that's all, no flight info or anything, even though I kept asking for it. At 5:06 I receive an email from Insta Pet saying ...Urgent! Your puppies are being held in Jacksonville Airport and I need to send $999.00 of which 95% will be refundable, I called Airport, they don't even fly here to Palm Beach International Airport and they do not fly out of Omaha Nebraska! And they wouldn't do that, they said because FAA doesn't require it and only two airlines ship dogs, Delta and American...now the breeder/seller won't answer me...nor will Insta Pet...soooo as embarrassing and sad as it is IVE BEEN SCAMMED! FOR $1990.00 !

Thermal crate needed for connecting flight for 750.00 which is refundable...even though their shipping policy says they come with airline approved crate...I was leary, but paid through Zelle anyways thinking how odd...but they said they needed it immediately or puppies were gonna miss flight. Then they said puppies missed flight and set it up for today. Then I receive another email from Insta Pet today, an hour before ETA of supposed arrival flight for puppies saying puppies are being held in Jacksonville Airport and I need to purchase Pet insurance for them fir 999.00 which is 95% refundable...I was like no way...I called Airport, they don't even fly here to Palm Beach International Airport and they are not or would not hold puppies and FAA does not require it...I told seller this, he now won't answer my calls or texts or emails...also trying to contact Insta Pet and they don't answer...so as embarrassing and sad as it is...I'VE BEEN SCAMMED! FOR $1990.00

I looked through the site and it had reviews, and looked like it was real. I corresponded with the seller (+1 (402) 313-6972) on a dog I was interested in (can provide the messages). We discussed that the dog would be 700 and that I would pay 350 upfront and the rest when the dog was shipped. The dog seemed real because they gave me the option to go and get the dog. However after the dog was shipped is when the issues started. I received a tracking number from the pet delivery service ***********************************/

They said the dog was shipped, then I received a notification that I needed to purchase a crate due to weather so I paid 750 for the crate. The dog was shipped then I received notice that I needed to purchase pet insurance, I fought them on this and was pressured to purchase this because it was refundable. Then I was notified that I then needed to purchase a permit to get the dog from Colorado to hear New Mexico. I then informed them that I could go and pick up the dog from Colorado Springs but they said no, so I began hounding them for my money back and that I was canceling this whole thing. We went back and for and the instapet delivery said that the insurance money didn’t go through and that it was canceled by my bank which my bank can confirm that was not true. So after that I continued to contact them to try and get a refund. At this point they have not responded and I have still lost 2,066 dollars.

Same thing just happened to me! Omg...what a SCAM!...I stopped at insurance...but I'm out $1990.00

Chihuahua puppies advertised on-line, with pictures of family and history of business. Everything was very positive, and I could find no complaints about the breeders. I paid for the Chihuahua puppy with PayPal. Breeder asked that I use Friends and Family. Being new to PayPal I did as request and paid for puppy. Breeder set up the delivery of the puppy with Insta Pet Delivery. We received confirmation number and arrival time. We then received a message from Insta Pet saying that the puppy needed a recommended crate to be accepted by airline....$1,000.00. "Urgent, send money immediately so puppy doesn't miss flight." Puppy did miss flight because I spent time checking it out. It seemed okay so the next morning I paid the $1,000 via Zelle, and was told that the puppy was on his way. A few hours later received an email from Insta Pet Delivery. The puppy was switching flights and needed Pet insurance to be accepted on flight. I questioned it because FAA does not require insurance to ship an animal. They said it was mandatory. The cost was $999.00 and they needed it immediately. I contacted Breeder to ask about the shipping company. She said to pay the insurance. I contacted a James Ford at Insta Pet Delivery. He said the insurance was Mandatory. I didn't pay. A little later I received a text from Mr. Ford that said "Greetings from Harry" the puppy. I asked him to send a picture of the puppy. He refused until I paid the $999.00. I contacted the seller again and requested a copy of the shipping documents as well as a receipt of payment for the puppy. She refused. I asked both Seller and Shipper where the puppy was. I would fly out to that airport to pick him up. They refuse any information until I pay the $999.00. It's embarrassing to admit, but I have been scammed, and would like to stop these people. I am starting with Teacup Chihuahua yard and will file another report on Insta Pet Delivery. So far I have paid $700.00 for Chihuahua puppy, of which I cannot get a recent picture, or information of location, and no cooperation from the Seller/Breeder.

Same exact thing just happened to me!...omg...I stopped at insurance but I'm out $1990.00 !..
And embarrassed and sad as well!
