Td dress sent me the dress I wanted.When I didn't like it, I tried to e-mail them. They did not get back to me, so I e-mailed paypay. The sender finally got back to me. I sent the dress back and when they received it back they told me they would refund my money (Making me pay shipping back) and have not.

Again, I e-mailed them with no response to my refund not being dealt with. I will try to go to PayPal again!

Their phone number is not in the USA and many sources say the company is a scam. I wish I would have read the reviews first.
