Male called said that he was from TD Bank and that my account had been frozen as there was money spent on ebay and sent over seas to an individual and that they would be able to return some of this money to me but I had to go by 1000$ in google play store cards and meet him to sign the paperwork and give the cards and they would return some of the money to my account and it would be unfrozen. I said I would need to think about this as how am I to get the cards without my bank account was told he would take the freeze off for the 1000$ So I could go and get the cards. The individual knew what branch I banked with.

I received a letter in the mail addressed to me and said his name and that he was an account manager with TD Canada Trust Bank and also owner of a financial consulting firm. Then he goes on to say something about a next of kin of someone with the last name of Warne and that after his death there was the total sum fo 47,500,000,00 and needs someone to claim it. Etc,Etc

To me reads RED FLAG!!!!!! Scam, Scam. Just want to put this out there in case others come across this. Thank you

Contacted by mail stating they were the accounts manager of TD Canada Trust, and they have there own financial consulting firm (M-Dalton Financial Managers). Claims a distance relative had died with a large investment of $47,500,000.00. The letter states that I would need to apply to the bank as an extended relative, and they will work from the inside to insure all needed information are provided back to me. At the end it asks to reply to the private email for further clarification or you can leave a private phone number where they can reach you.
