Clicked on a legitimate app and was told to verify my identity by account number and name. When that failed I was told I could use my social security number to get into my account. That failed also but it gave a number to call if I needed help. When I called that number it was the legitimate company and was told they never ask for social security numbers. Now my social security number is out there and though I haven't lost money yet it's a big worry.
