repairs for an apartment listed on a invoice, he was to start the next morning of course he didn't nor any other day he promised lied and even stated one time everything was done except the kitchen flooring for you to decide on and ready to rent. Of course when I went to check on this lie, what I found was nothing had been done so I got a hold of him and said that's it I am done I want my keys back and my money which he refused I called the Kankakee county sheriff's office and reported him a female officer said I can't get your money back that's a civil matter however I can call him about the keys maybe it will scare him enough to give you the keys. What it did was he left the keys on the counter after going up there leaving a mess and damages however no money. I had told him when I was done and had enough that I told him from the beginning I needed it done now to be rentable now I needed the income he said no problem I can have it done in 2 days. So when I told him I was going to make other arrangements I wanted to meet with him to get my keys and money back I wanted them in my hands that he was not to go back there at all he was finished that never happened. He said that isn't going to happen he said he was still going to do it, I said no I told you before you are done I do not want you back on the property instead he went back there left a mess and damages the keys on the counter. Now I receive uncomfortable text messages.
