I had order 2 mobility scooters from the HSN website. Everything was fine and I believed the shipment was being delivered soon according to Track718, the tracking company. . On July 8th an email stated the order was delivered , it was not. I waited a few more days and reached out to the company about the non delivery. On the following Monday I received a neck scarf in the mail. I contacted the company again and now there was a shipping issue with the shipper. I was told to return the scarf at my expense and when the scooters became available , they would be shipped out. That was unacceptable to me and I told them to send me a envelope to return the scarf at their expense. The next email stated that I could keep the scarf and only pay 50%, then 60% off the cost of the scarf. I told them no and to return my money and I will send the scarf back to them. Don't want something I never ordered. Now , a email came that states they can't afford the cost of shipping the scarf back and the SCOOTERS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND MAY NEVER BE. They are still holding my refund and haven't made a attempt to send me my money back. By the way, the advertisement shows the scooters are made and manufactured in the UNITED STATES BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY COMING FROM CHINA, they state that the California manufacturer is having problems and they had to ship from China. All correspondence is from China. Tried to reach the company at the same email for customer support, but most times emails can't be delivered. I have copied all emails and order forms and receipts from the order.
