I get an email that appears to be from TDS, a legitimate company, claiming I have requested my email account to be deactivated. If I think this is an error, go to https://tdsmailo.typeform.com/to/p8md6c. There I am asked to enter my user name and PASSWORD.

I got a call from TDS or TBS saying I owed a debt from 12 years ago. They wanted me to pay $348. I asked for documentation. And they transferred me to a message "put in a promotion code".
