I paid for the puppy and they were to deliver the next day, but it was storming so we decided to have the pup delivered April 8 at my office between 1 and 3pm. At 3 when I have not heard from anyone, I started texting every 30 minutes, and then calling but no one answers the phone or texted me back. At 6pm that day they send me a message that the driver was just now leaving and would be able to meet at 11am. To which I said yes that will be fine. But by this point I know I had been scammed. I put in a fraud scam with my payment system. and then tried to keep this guy going with me. On Friday afternoon, April 9, when they said it would be deliver, I call and texted again and again. This time he responded that the driver just left this morning and would not be here until tonight. Then on Sat I got a text saying the the puppies was caught at the custom check point I needed to pay another 1000 get to get the paperwork filed for the pup to continue, at first, I keep asking them to pay it and they show me a receipt saying it was paid I would then pay them back. But he said that is not how this works, then he asked me to pay 500, I replied just me the website or phone number to the custom area so I can pay them instead, I was sent another phone number and was told you can text them to confirm that the puppy is being held. I finally broke down and replied to them that they said 1250 included with the shipped so all cost over that they are responsible for, and that the puppy was coming from Evansville, IN which is from one state to the next and there are no custom check when traveling from that way. Then my Husband texted them he wants his money back and they replied no refunds and disappeared.
