This website shows teacup cavapoos for sale. They have an inquire button for the one you are interested. You fill out a form and they email you and then send you a text giving you info about the dog and the process as well as questions to see if you are a good fit for the dog. It seems legit. They answer questions they respond very quickly. They send pictures and videos of the puppy. Once you say you want to get the dog. They send you information on how to pay and to use zelle. Once payment is done they also ask for a screen shot of the payment ( I didn't thing too much of this as it can take a bit for payments to go through). Then they tell you that your dog will be shipped out the following day and that they will give you the tracking details. They use citizen shippers (which I also reported on here as well). You click on a link and it shows that the dog was with the shipper and it was being processed and then you get an email showing the airlines and times. Then you get a call from the citizen shipper as well as an email saying that the crate the puppy in will not work. That they need you to rent one from them but you will get 95% of your money back (in cash) on the puppy is delivered. The cost of the "crates" are 1280 to over 1500. They also want a zelle payment and screen shot. At this point I realized I was scammed and was not going to get a dog. I contacted the airline and they confirmed that these special crates were not needed. I also contacted my bank to report the fraud charge so I can get my money back. I thankfully did not send any money to the so called shipping company.
