Teacup Maltese for sale out of Brownsville, Texas for $700.00 plus a $130 delivery fee. $400 to be paid upfront and $430 to be paid upon delivery. she said she had a delivery service she used and that's what they charged. The day of delivery I get an email from a company called Global delivery saying that I had to pay $1510. for insurance to deliver a puppy and that I would get a complete refund upon delivery. I told them they were crazy and I sent message to seller. She messages back and says I have to pay insurance. I told her it wasn't happening and that she knew about this to start with and that I thought they were working together to get more money from me. she got mad and the so called delivery bunch got mad and I was already mad that I had been so stupid. Lesson Learned.
