The seller brought the puppies inside a wooden basket crate which isn't Kennel approved to ship them inside. (A Temperature Regulatory Crate is needed since it's your responsibility to rent a new approved kennel crate). Also, without the travel crate we can't ship your puppies. Also, your state has pet laws and must be strictly followed. See below.....
