On 12/16/2016 I purchases two Dallas Cowboy jerseys from the online store. The total invoice that they provided was for $188.89 but they withdrew over $200.00 from my checking account. I was under the impression that the company was located in the US in Alexandria Virginia. I learned different after my bank froze my debit card due to suspected fraudulent activity after a withdrawal was made from Shanghai Ems, China. I contacted the company by the only means they provided, which was an email address. I did get a response and was told that my purchase had just processed through the warehouse and was in transit. They provided a fake USPS tracking, here is the exact email I received:

Your package has been shipped by usps,the tracking no. is: LT601277***CN

You can track it in https://www.usps.com/

Usually 5-15 days for delivery.

***VERY IMPORTANT*** I had to block out three of the numbers in the tracking number that they provided me. I kept getting an error message saying no personally identifiable information can be included when describing the scam. This is probably how they prevents innocent consumers from reporting the scam to the BBB. They sandwich a social security number with letters and this prevents the consumer from being able to submit the scam complaint.

I have been tracking this package on a daily basis and it has not left China yet. I have since found several unhappy customers who have posted a similar experience with this company. I sent another email to service@***.com asking for a full refund of my purchase since the package has never been sent. I have not received any response from the company. I live paycheck to paycheck and to have a scammer steal over $200.00 from me and my family is really hard to handle.

Please do everything in your power to shut this scam down. I also found on www.ripoffreport.com that Teamsbay used to be called Champs Apparel. They apparently were caught in their scam so they started the scam over using the new name of Teamsbay.
