called and told me my computer needed to be 'FIXED" and it would cost me money. This happened on/about 4/15 as I kept notes. I had Dell check my computer following month to remove any program that they could have installed. Last week 2/11//16 same company called again using a call blocked number. I spoke with people and realized its the same party. Told them not interested. Now they call once an HOUR using a blocked call number.
