I ordered from the company on August 27. Over the next month I was viewing their Instagram stories of them preparing the orders to ship. As I waited, two months went by (to late October) and I had yet to see any process made on my order. I direct messaged the business on Instagram, and got no response. I then commented on their TikTok's and asked when I would receive the hoodie, and they continuously told me that orders would be shipping in the following week. 3 weeks went by and there still has been no process on my order, that being if it shipped, or if I would receive it at all.
