Ordered pants from an online ad on Facebook. They were advertised as Judy Blue joggers. They were not Judy Blue brand. There is no identifying tags - only the size tag. They do not look like the pants advertised - at all. The pants are fitted and stretchy in the ad-the pants that arrived had huge baggy legs and were too long-waist was small compared to the legs. Totally cheap fabric. In the ad the legs were fitted. I contacted customer service and all they offered me was 30% off on my next order-they said they sent the correct size so they were not returnable.

Fake Judy Blues on facebook

I ordered Judy blue joggers that were on an add on Facebook and received them today and they are a thin poorly stitched jean with no button only a zipper and the drawstring says moncler. I paid 64.00 for them. I tried to track but it showed from china but the address on the package says sunny from Oceanside NY.

Seller advertised New Judy Blue brand joggers. I received generic pants, no tags or labels that said Judy Blue. Just a size tag. On the drawstrings there was a brand name Moncler., which is not affiliated with the Judy Blue brand. The item was also defective, there is no button at the waist to keep the zipper closed. Unable to wear. Seller advertised a 10 day quality guarantee but did not honor that. I filed a claim with PayPal and the seller only offers a refund if you mail to pants back at your expense. The cost of shipping them back to Singapore is more than the cost of the pants.

I purchased a pair of Judy Blue jeans from a store advertisement on tik Tok via PayPal for $51.98. I received a knock off version. I have contacted the seller and they will not refund my money and did not provide an address for a return. I have pictures of the jeans and screenshots of the emails.
