they called me and told me Russian hackers were about to drain my bank account. And they only gave me minutes to respond or so they said! I had done business with this outfit for years and last year they took almost 4K from me! So they accessed my PC and supposedly fixed my system for a total payment of almost 3K ! seen other BBB reviews about this same company and the same set up each time ! a SCAM

They called me and informed me that they were Tec Secure and had detected various issues with my computer security which they proposed to help me with if I would just give them online access to my system. I asked them where they located and if I Googled them would I find online information about their company. She informed me that the company was "Tec" without the "h" and that they were located in Miami, Florida. I did find their website but I decided not to proceed further. In particular, as when I mentioned looking up the company on Google, I could almost hear the agent salivating. However, I did unfortunately at one point say the word "yes." I want it on the record that I am agreeing to no service or further contact with this company.
