They are called Tech Coast Angles Inc, they claim to be a not for profit angle investor group located in Big Bear Lake, CA.

They offer employment and ask to talk on Google Hangouts, a Mr. Bonnie M. Welt will contact you through via email and proceed to tell you about the company and its work from home opportunities. They have an email address of techcoastangles.com and a google search does not bring up any legitimate reviews.

Not sure what the scam actually is but I do not believe it is a real company.
