They pretended to be with Arlo cameras support Then they said instead of monthly monitoring subscription there was a lifetime subscription where I wouldn’t have to pay monthly anymore and it would carry over if I moved I stupidly even gave them my Arlo password to help fix a camera They said the charge would show up at Arlen technology or technologies I gave card info and that was that 3 months later I saw that I had no subscription at all so I couldn’t see any camera videos They also put changed name and credit card in my Arlo account I have a name that was in my account but not the Mastercard that was put in place of my discover card I disputed with credit card and they said

Merchant gave them papers showing a premium subscription and my card info so they couldn’t do anything further They gave me address and number only I called number and hung up and then got call back immediately from a Steve - he had foreign accent - he pretended he was really Arlo and I told him he wasn’t cause I spoke with them and they never ever ask for passwords and said there is no lifetime plan

I told him I didn’t believe him and I was going to report him I checked website and every person it shows as working there is fake They are stock photos I used google lens and the people came up several times at other companies with different titles This company is a total fraud If you even look up a name and title it shows similar titles at different companies but not at
