I ordered a canvas from this company. The canvas was not stretched properly, very wrinkled.
They suggested I iron it. My iron is too large to fit, so their next suggestion was to wet it and hold it down with a weight.
What I want is a quality canvas that I paid for.
This company Tech-crafty is an absolute scam and a rip off.

Several friends and I ordered paint kits off the Tech-Crafty website. All of us were then hit within 2 weeks with false charges to our credit cards used to purchase the kits.

In addition, while delivery was promised w/in a couple of weeks, there is this message on the website, making me question if there is any intent to deliver the kits at all: "Demand for kits has been insatiable. Every order is guaranteed to be delivered, but with the global pandemic, production times and shipping times will be much slower, so it will take longer than usual for your kit to ship and arrive. It may also take us a bit longer to get back to you when you message us. We really appreciate your patience with us during these very difficult times."

For a Christmas activity with my children, I ordered 5 canvas paint by number kits. I spent over $150 for these products. I never received. When I contacted them, and asked for the order status, they sent me a fraudulent tracking number. Then I email again asking for a refund since I never received a product.. they responded have a nice life.

My family tried to purchase a "paint by numbers" kit for a Christmas gift. We purchased the item and received a confirmation email. We never received the item.
