I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!!
Called the number in the email. Spoke to “Edward James”. Long story short he advised me someone had hacked my IP Address after I reluctantly gave him information because he told me he couldn’t cancel my order without it. Guided me to their website to checkout their security products to keep this from happening again. I FINALLY figured this out. Advised him NOT to send ANYTHING and NOT to charge my account or I will file charges against the company. BTW he told me he had an EXCELLENT rating with BBB.
