We received a voice mail from Erika w/Tech Helps 24/7. She said their company was going out of business, and we had used them in September 2015, and they wanted to refund $200 to us. She said to call her back at 737-637-6949, ext. 514. I called and spoke to her. She had a Phillipino accent. She asked for remote control of the computer, but I said no, I would take a message for my husband.
