my computer got locked out on an unsafe site so i could not shut the web browser down and a number came up to call to say i got a virus and to call this number 800-277-6232 that is to a place in SINGAPORE talked to a tech with a foreign accent and got services that i was charged 278.00 on 07/28/2015 for then realized i did not need them and they refused to refund me the money. they gave me the run around of excuses when i called this number 888-308-3363 to pc tech support based in INDIA to get my refund. has been an on going battle with this for 2 years!!!!!!

I was suppose to get a credit of $154.99 from Tech kangaroos but never did. They did screen sharing with my laptop and we're very convincing. I thought they were helping me take care of my laptop as far as virus protection and Internet connection and so forth. They were very polite and kept saying I could trust them. I feel like such a fool. They received $154.99 on Feb 5 2016 and then another $154.99 on April 8 2016 from my debit card. I contacted my bank and they said it sounded like a scam. I hope this not happen to anyone else. Be very cautious.
