We were having trouble with our streaming live TV app (myqualityip.com) and tried an Firestick Tech Expert. Askexpertonline.com. When I began chat (which was with AI, which I do not like). The instructions was to pay an $1 refundable one time payment, then I could chat with an expert tech. So we do this and thought only $1 went through. However when I checked email, our credit card had sent a comfirm amount - that actually was $55. We do not have smart phone where we could receive email on phone. I have to check email on Chromebook. When check email on chrome after ending chat with tech, that did not resolve our problem, amount showed as $55. So minus $1 - they charged $54 to much. Call a number our credit card gave us and found out that $55 was for monthly subscription, that was not disclosed until we call. Got them to cancel immediately. They said $55 was not refundable. They are not telling customers all the information.
