Shane Williams who had * ****** ***** ******. He said he needed to send me a link - AnyDesk to connect to my computer to Remove the Microsoft Anti-Virus Product. He had me complete a Cancellation-Refund Form online. He then requested me to sign in to my Online Line Banking Account and I Refused. He stated that the $396.26 would be Deposited into my Account. I questioned why would I be getting a Refund for some\thing that i had Not Paid For-Red Flag!!!! He was very insistent on getting me to sign in on my Laptop to Access My Bank Account. He said that I needed to Access my Bank Account to see the Refund of $396.26. I Refused and told him I would call him back. I feel very strongly that h
this is a Scam. There are at least 4 more emails with different amounts for this Microsoft Defender Product with different Prices-Red Flag!
