I got a message on my laptop that my system had been infected. It didn’t allow me to use the laptop. The message provided a number to call 1-855-370-3449, they identify themselves as tech support. I called the number and they informed me that my system has a number of malware and viruses that might have compromise my personal information. They charged me $432.98 to my credit card to fix the issue. However, my computer has not been working properly and I’m concern that they might have installed malware into the laptop.
