The scammer posed themself as Microsoft. I called the number: 855 528 7652, thinking that I had reached Microsoft. I had an issue with my account. They said that my subscription would be refunded because my subscription on their side got corrupted. Then they asked me to download a software so they can see the problem. It would not come onto my computer because I have an Apple. Then, they directed me to a form to fill out for a refund. I ended up providing my address, email and phone number! So mad. Then they directed me to GOOGLE url where they wanted me to put in who I bank with. Once we got to this step, I smelled a rat and told them it does not make sense because refunds are generate automatically. He said, no "trust me" He ******* *** ** ***** ****** *** identified himself as John Stratham. I argued with him about it not making any sense, and then I hung up.
