They claim I order this system and will be charging my account within 24 hrs. They said it was already charged to my account and they would assist me and getting it refunded. Then they ask me to download an app to allow remote access to my computer and then they asked me to log into my bank account. That’s when I refused and really felt like it a scam and this is there second time sending me this email and the person on the phone was very unprofessional and almost like bullying me to do what they said.
