I was trying to get help with connecting a scanner that I already have connected but is not working. I looked at the site and I thought it was the HP site because it is using the 123setup name but didn't realize that the HP was not in there. I should have known because it wouldn't let me sign in because I have and account but just wasn't thinking. They went directly to chat and asked my name and then my phone number so they could call me. Of course, as soon as I pushed the send button I realized that that is not how they usually operate. My bad, but they then said to sit back and relax and then disconnected from the chat and blocked me right away. That is how I new they were scammers and I went to my sons computer to make sure all my accounts had not been touched. YET Hopefully I caught it in time. I just can't believe that I fell for that. I was in a hurry and didn't think!!!
