They claim to be ARLO and I paid for them to remote in to service cameras. Found out after calling number on Arlo app they are not Arlo and a fraud. After I called back and threated contacting a lawyer they refunded me. Arlo is aware of them. They asked me for their number. I no longer have these cameras and these scammers, 2 years later, still call me saying "hi this is ARLO". First of all, ARLO never calls ppl, real Arlo told me that 2 years ago when I found out these ppl are frauds, fraudulently using Arlos name and misrepresenting themselves as Arlo. Please stop these ppl. I told the person off today, in explitives, when they called 3 times in a row, right after the other. They must be fined and stopped from doing business and stop harassing me and probably countless others
