called. to cancel jc penney credit card.told by steven jones ext:0006 that i would have to pay a one time only fee of $3.95 to cancel had to pay with credit card . during card processing automated voice said i would be charged 9.95 per month i told steven i did not agree with that he told me to ignore that message card was declined for payment steven wanted my debit card info refused to give that info. wanted to alert bbb about this scam
