I received a email that subscription renewed for $362

I received a email that some subscriptions were renewed for $362 from Geeksquad. The number mentioned below to call was 18885161289. when I called this guy sounded fishy . He would instruct me press keys on my computer ..like go to left corner ..go to button next to that one. Anyway he asked me to run supremofree. Thats when i realized he is fraud and this email is a trap.

I received a call from 508-671-7251 stating my card would be charged $299 in 24hrs if I dont contact them to cancel service. I called the number they gave me 508-639-1476 and only got a busy signal. I called back the number they called me on and spoke to a foreign guy who claimed my yearly subscription was up and would be charged to my card in 24hrs. All he would say is it was something I agreed to last year when I purchased my laptop. I have had this laptop for years. I asked him for the website so I can go cancel myself, he insisted I hit the Window key on my keyboard & the letter R at the same time. He then wanted me to type in www.supremofree.com. I of course Googled that address and found this showing it was fraud. Be careful! When I told him I was adding the number to the FBI Fraud website he hung up on me

They called me today stating that a "scammer" had purchased something in my name from Amazon and that they were going to help me cancel the order. Their way of "helping" me cancel the order involved them attempting to take over my computer through their instructions. However, I was too smart for the guy who called me and he eventually got tired and hung up the phone on me. He called me from the following telephone number: 1-850-203-4215.

They are a remote desktop control that can control your computer if you don`t do what they want. They will lie to you telling you they are technician from windows and there are money do to you.They got mad at me and said they is going to stop me from using my computer. because i turn off my internet connection. That when they call me on the phone.
