They gained access to my computer twice. I paid the first time. The second time, they called and got my trust too. They gained the access to my computer and showed me errors and unauthorized access with foreign IP address. Also they told me my internet was hacked. They tried to sell me online tech support for hundreds of dollars. I told them NO. I called my internet provider, Xfinity, and I hired HP tech support to review the problem. They all told me that was a scam. My computer and internet was fine.
