An elderly person was approached for computer setup, IT consultations and “groomed” through home visits, emails and phone calls. Multiple bank accounts were open, some joint accounts with large amounts of money being transferred and cash withdrawals. The suspected person is a very pleasant lady in her late 30s or early 40s with apparently Hong Kong and Columbia descent – Chantal Pineda (data analyst, business consultant) with possible connections with Jonathan Hadon (mental health counsellor, care aid?).
