About 18 months ago they came on my computer with a warning saying I had a virus to call there number. Like a unexperience computer controller at the time I did and I let them on my computer they downloaded some software. They also told me to keep there software it would cost $199 and they wanted credit card information or banking information I didn't give it to them they gave me there address to mail them a check well I never mailed a check and called them and told them I didn't want there software support. That night my son came home and I explained to him what happened and we did some research with the ScamPulse.com and found they were scaming people. My son swipe my computer took all there software and told me never to trust anyone like this again. Eighteen months later this month they contacted me again by phone and said they were going to charge my account if I didn't go to there website and cancel my account with them. Well I told them I didn't have an account with them and they didn't have any credit card or checking account information from me and they said they did I just forgot. This went on for a couple of weeks they kept calling and sent a email with a email address of [email protected] they never charge any of my accounts they were only trying to get me to go to there website to download information off my computer. I also blocked all there phone numbers and email address from them,I never want to hear from them again if they continue I will contact the authorities please be on the lookout for them.
