4/23/16 Window pop-up reporting Trojan Virus, call phone number. Called, fell for service scam, paid for service, then requested refund in writing (email) on 4/23/16. Still waiting for promised refund. Have called multiple times - 5/9 (call back tomorrow), 5/10 (give it 2 more days), 5/13 (4-5 more days), 5/20 (refund processed 4/23 - I called them a liar and asked to speak with supervisor - who then said to give it 4-5 more days).
