I received the following email for a service that I don't have:

Thank you for enlisting the support of Techno Solutions!

As of August 29, 2021, your Techno Solutions' Computer Annual Maintenance Services account (ID: iAMC-24M12491 ) is no longer valid. As specified in the offer, we processed the contract for auto-renewal on August 30, 2021. Your account will be charged $299.99 as a result of this. After 48 hours the charged amount can replicate in your account statement.

We appreciate your involvement, and we hope you enjoyed yourself in 2020-21 and will join us again this year.

My wife received an email from someone representing “Techno Solutions” stating that an automatic charge for renewal of a “Network Firewall Protection” service or device (not clear from email) would come out of an unspecified account within 24 hours. When my wife called the number the call was answered by a man whose English was clearly not his first language. He was rude and warned my wife not to call our bank or “do anything”. We’ve never heard of this company nor their product. And I can find no on-line information on this company.

Caller said that they received some alert from my windows computer. I don't use windows computer and he just can't get my phone number even though my computer may have sent some error message to Microsoft which these guys somehow got access to.
