I made a purchase with Technow Inc on 10/29/19 in the amount of $178.00. There website says they accept PayPal so there is no risk in making the purchase. I made my purchase and paid using PayPal. I received a tracking number and when the item was delivered, it was not delivered to my address. I called UPS and they verified that the package had my name on it but the wrong address. UPS had to return it to the seller and they had to correct the address and then resend it. I called the company to which the phone number immediately goes to a message that states it does not accept calls to the number. I have sent emails that are not responded to. I filed a claim with PayPal and they tried contacting the seller. A few days after UPS returned the package, the Seller uploaded a new tracking number. This time, UPS showed it delivered and again, it was not to my address. I called UPS and they stated the package did not contain my name or address so there was nothing they could do. PayPal denied my claim because the seller showed the tracking number as being delivered. I even had UPS send PayPal the proof that I didn't receive my package, but all PayPal required is a tracking number loaded and shows delivered. This Techno Winc company has figured out how to scam people using PayPal. . I had purchase Christmas gifts for my kids and now I don't have the gifts or the money. Stay away from this company!!! IT's a scam and using PayPal does not protect you!!
