I work for a financial institution, and one of our elder customers called in with a man wanting to get approval for 999.99 on his card. When questioned, the amount was in addition to a prior amount of 1000.00 charged to the card. The man was rude and spoke with an Indian accent.(from India) I asked for the business name and number as well as where they are located. The phone numbers he provided 888-441-3515 (google) states scam, the other number 888-441-3601 again scam the 3rd one linked me to a website 888-399-0525. I attempted to validate the address, no known address in TX. The website is basic and when I tried to MapQuest the address it provided generic pictures of computers. I believe this business may be set up from entities outside the US and making people believe it is a valid company. With each caller 2000.00 for tech support is ridiculous. If this is a valid company it shouldn't be this hard to confirm it's existence.
