This company cold called my mother, a recent widow in her 80's, and said her computer had virus' on it and they could fix it. She let them load files on her computer and then they asked her for her bank information, which she gave. They called several times a day for two weeks after that (we told her not to answer) and then yesterday they called and threatened a lawsuit. I called them to inquire about this and they got very defensive with me and said now I was scamming them and they were going to call every single day and harass her. I am also filing a compliant with my Attorney General.

Just called and said they are tech support in Homestead Florida with Windows. Said two people, Thomas Demitry & Russell Blake from Idaho hacked my computer. Wanted me to log in to my computer while they were on the ohone so they could "help me". I adked if I could get their # and call back. They gave me this # and disconnected quickly which tells me they are not legit.
