This company tells themselves to be a microsoft partner. I have paid $1000 to get my computer fixed by them. I got a pop up on my computer which asked me to call a number, I called the number, the person said that he is a microsoft technician and till the time I do not pay the amount my computer will not work. I paid them $1000 using a cheque. Later after a week I called microsoft to confirm whether they know this company named Techsetgo Technology, they denied. I called the company for my money back and they simple denied. I am 84 years old and do not know much about this computer but I am sure that this company scammed me.

11-18-16 These people called me, claiming to be computer technicians, and said my computer network had been hacked. They claimed that someone had sent 168 emails that contained spam, and my computer IP address had been reported. They claimed that they could clean my computer, and install a firewall to protect my computer. I asked many questions like, "what about my router firewall I already had?" They claimed it had been hacked while I was shopping online. They seemed to have answers to all my questions. They insisted I write a check to them for $650.00, and scan the check with my scanner. Then they claimed they installed the firewall. I did not witness any downloads while they were working in my computer, so I scanned my computer after they had left it, and I noticed there was no new firewall installed, and my current firewalls, anti-virus scanners and malware products were all functioning perfectly! I then put a stop payment on the check, and had to immediately change all my passwords . . . I then spoke with a real computer technician, who explained to me that if someone installs a firewall in my computer, they have to physically come to my home, and install it IN THE COMPUTER. It can not be downloaded as they claimed they were going to do. All my bank accounts had to be changed because I don't trust these people! Since I removed the software "Supremo" ( they use this program to enter your PC) from my computer, it seems they have attempted to get in my PC on average of 10-18 times daily.
